Elizabeth grew up never knowing the truth about who she was. Her mother gave her hints but never the truth, at least not in clear terms. It could have been a dangerous decision.

When Aries found her at an elegant ball, she never expected how the events of that night would unfold. First, Aries was simply a strange man at her event. A man who couldn’t be bothered to find his own lighter and thus stole the ember of her cigarette to light his. Not a single word was spoken between them, enjoying one another’s silence until another man interrupted them.

Elizabeth’s first act in winning Aries over was to seal the ball and leave that man to Aries’ mercy. He was a racist, an awful creature who demanded Aries leave for no reason other than believing him to be some dark elf. Aries corrected the man, revealing the primordial depths of his ancient power for only a moment. The crowd panicked, the man was killed, and Aries’ mouth and chest were covered in blood.

Elizabeth was in awe. For a moment, she lost herself in the strength of Aries’ darkness and a strange, deep feeling of longing screaming at her from the depths of her soul.

The night turned into a bloodbath as Elizabeth took joy in slaughtering all of her guests in a bid to impress the man she had just become so infatuated with. Her dark heart filled the moment he praised her actions, and she swore herself to him. From that moment, she knew she would belong to him, mind, body, and soul.

However, after a few months with Aries, she began to experience something new. When she was younger, she had these dark dreams of a man shrouded in darkness visiting her. During her service to Aries, Elizabeth’s childhood dreams returned to her, and she realized then that those dreams of visits from a dark figure were memories. Memories of the times when her true father visited her.

As the dreams came to her so clearly, Elizabeth learned the truth. Her new god was her father. She was the offspring of such a grand creature, and that was when his blood awakened in her. Her body was covered in golden scales, and the sclera of her eyes darkened to match his own.

Elizabeth was granted a third eye through the gifts of her God and Father. An eye through with Aries can see everything she sees. This third eye is a gift granted to the Witnesses of the Beast, the most devout and faithful of Aries tasked with observing and assessing the prayers and tributes offered to him. They decide what is relayed to their god or what prayers remain unanswered.

Elizabeth also became the Prioress of the Nesur, overseeing the development and maintenance of every shrine and temple erected in honor and service to her Father.
